One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is go to garage sales and yards sales. You can find lots of great deals and save lots of money on buying other peoples used stuff that they no longer want. This is a great thing to do because you not only save money, but you are helping to recycle products that may have been otherwise thrown in the garbage and gone unused. While you save money on buying these items, the person who sells them makes money, sounds like a win win situation to me! One of my latest finds was a carbon monoxide detector. Carbon monoxide detectors are a very important part of home safety and while I don’t currently need one, it is always a good idea to have an extra one lying around your house. I can’t wait till next weekend so that I can go garage sale shopping once again!
